We hope you are satisfied with your item. Please note that we offer exchanges only at the original purchase value, and exchanges can only be made once. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you need to exchange your item, you can choose any product of equal value based on the amount paid at the time of purchase.
Please note: Store credits are eligible when postmarked within 10 days of being delivered. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free.

- Please allow 10- 15 business days for processing your store credit from our warehouse
- Once processed your store credit will be sent to the email associated with the order that was provided at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder:)
- We do not notify customers when we receive the return package to our warehouse. We recommend keeping your return tracking so you can track when it has arrived at our warehouse.
- If you haven’t received a store credit in a timely manner you can email us at ShopLynnTaylor028@gmail.com Please include your order number, a copy of your receipt and first and last name in the email.
Exchanges:
- Due to the limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department.

Lynn Taylor accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Please be sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout.
All items must be shipped to Lynn Taylor Returns Department and postmarked within 10 calendar days of being delivered. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.

How do I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delays, Damages & Lost Packages
Lynn Taylor is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Lynn Taylor is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to Lynn Taylor. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
